Tony Preston is an experienced Krav Maga instructor and holds the rank of black belt 2nd Dan awarded in Israel and is a qualified Israeli Kickboxing Instructor awarded in Israel.

Tony has trained extensively in Israel and is considered the #1 IKI Krav Maga instructor in the UK.

I trained with Tony in Israel.He knows what techniques bad people use. He will teach you how to 1) See a situation before it escalates. 2) Explore the options available.3) decide how to proceed.A pre emptive action will only be the very/very last option if several interactions have taken place in an effort to avoid violence.This is what I like about him, he understands and communicates the verbal and psychological aspects of real fighting.But if you have to fight he will also show you how to end the situation fast.As an instructor he said "My job is that you come home safe"- and I agree with his motto.
